Joe started and leads Isomer, having spotted the high potential of European tech VC in the early 2010s. As chief of new ideas, he focuses on investments, portfolio management, firm and team development. Previously Joe was a tech operator and investor in the US and Europe.

As the co-founder of Isomer, Chris co-leads fund investments and leads Isomer's co-investment program. In addition, he leads on Japanese LP relationships and Isomer's corporate investor program. Prior to Isomer he was a venture partner at Octopus Ventures and Entrepreneur First, whilst he was previously a technology entrepreneur.

Chloe runs Isomer’s new fund manager pipeline, as well as co-managing a separate fund vehicle for a sole LP. She also as leads our research into climate & ESG. Previously, Chloe worked in consulting, helping the World Bank to set up an accelerator and running a tech for good fund with the UK government.

Thomas is member of Isomer’s Investment Committee and leads fundraising and investor relations functions. Being active in continental Europe’s ecosystems, he contributes to manager research with a particular focus on France and Italy. Previously, Thomas was heading the Southern Europe business of Russell Investments.

Nicola heads up the finance function, overseeing accounting, fund and corporate reporting, cash management and associated operations in Luxembourg. Previously, Nicola has worked in a number of other finance roles within Private Equity.

Pascal is a member of Isomer's investment committee and an adviser to the firm. He built an extensive portfolio of angel investments in early stage technology companies, co-founded London-based investment banking firm Lancea Partners in 2005, and previously had an extensive career as a TMT banker in the US and Europe.

Michael works on fund investing, secondaries, and co-investments at Isomer. He also uses his python skills to wrangle data into a usable form. Michael was previously an Investment Director at Cambridge Associates and researched emerging technologies at Fidelity Investments.

Marloes supports Isomer's day-to-day activities, helping keep the team and office on track. As a host, she takes care of the Isomer community by coordinating and assisting events, meeting and business operations. Omolade focuses on secondaries at Isomer, buying into exciting European tech funds and companies. Prior to Isomer, she helped to launch a VC secondaries fund in the Middle East, and spent time at Coller Capital in private market secondaries, having started her career in Banking at Citi.
